A queue in an SPE’s MFC for exchanging 32-bit messages between the SPE and the PPE or other devices. Two mailboxes (the SPU Write Outbound Mailbox and SPU Write Outbound Interrupt Mailbox) are provided for sending messages from the SPE. One mailbox (the SPU Read Inbound Mailbox) is provided for sending messages to the SPE.
