Unifying Circuit-Model Quantum Computing and Quantum Annealing (UniQ)

The goal of this research is to both unify and facilitate the
exploitation of circuit-model quantum computers and quantum annealers.
As a result, productivity of computational scientists is increased in
all scientific disciplines.
