The other major change to code was addition of timing output in the output_rsd function. The time format for output was ``TIME: MIN_TIME AVG_TIME MAX_TIME''.

There were some compilation flags added in opstruct.h to allow us to disable/enable timing delta and disable/enable debugging of timing deltas.

There was some changes to modify minor defects in the code, initializations, declarations. Other than these most of the code was commented.
