Open Issues

One open issue, is that relative start times of the different nodes has not been taken into consideration in the design. There are two ways in which we can get around that. The first way is to send the start time for a node, at the time of inter-node compression, so that adjustments can be made. The other way is to store the exact result from gettimeofday for each MPI call, instead of the difference from that nodes start-time.
